Building Resilience: Live Strength Training & Strength Training Library
Mindset is more than a brain exercise. Through movement, strength, and breath, you have the option to build resilience, power, and determination in your body that reinforces the mindset work we do together in community. Classes are on Mondays at 6 AM est via Zoom. If you miss a class, desire more guidance, or can't make it, the recording will be available that day in a library of over 200 other classes.
