How to release trauma and negativity keeping you from your health and weight loss goals

Do you every ask yourself why you can’t stick with healthy eating or living? 

You’re not broken. 

It’s not that you can’t follow a diet plan. 

It’s not because you aren’t capable of knowing what’s good for you. 

There is  plenty of information out there on the benefits of eating well and getting proper sleep and exercise...So WHY do some of us find ourselves incapable of following through?

The big mistake women make is that they focus all their energy on losing weight through food and exercise alone, instead of changing their thoughts. 

Of course, tweaking food, exercise, and lifestyle is helpful and I support my clients with that. But even after I became a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I knew something was missing. It was still missing for me, too.

You know what it was? The thoughts I had about myself. 

And it wasn’t until I went into energy work, tapping, and using transformational vocabulary that I personally made a shift. This is where my clients began to really make huge shifts, too.

It’s hard for us to stick with anything that makes us feel amazing because we are afraid to feel amazing. 

You might be thinking, of course I want to feel amazing.

This is all deep in the subconscious. If you wanted to feel amazing, you'd just decide that was true, and take action accordingly, right? No one wants to feel stuck, an yet we are. But it’s engrained in the subconscious from your prior life experience, what people have said over your lifetime, and the messages you are fed every day on social media.

You know that this is your subconscious speaking it you compare yourself to other people, you have negative thoughts about your body, or you're always thinking about measuring yourself. These thoughts creep up an take our power away. Eventually, they lead us to give up on ourselves.

So how do we allow ourselves to have joyful health, and release ourselves from the negative thoughts that plague us when it comes to our bodies?
