Lack of focus, brain fog, and plummeting energy levels are really frustrating, but they tell a story about what’s going on inside of our bodies. Today I’m going to share with you how to keep your energy up and how to address lack of focus from brain fog.


I know these feelings of scatterbrain and low energy. I still experience them sometimes when I’m not doing what I am going to share with you in this video. It feels like my brain is made of mud, and it feels like I can get nothing done. It feels like I just want to nap, and it feels like I can’t even type one word for an email. 


It’s important for us to address this because if we are feeling like that, we definitely aren’t exercising or feeling joyful in our lives. It actually feels painful. And if we feel like that, we eat worse, and think worse of ourselves.


If we are FEELING a symptom of imbalance in the body, we can either take it on powerfully, or we can let our thoughts tell us things like we aren’t good enough today, we can’t get anything done, or we have to nap. This usually leads into a vicious cycle, one that we can’t break, one that leads to weight gain and then digging for a diet.
