Hi, I’m Helen. Like many women, I was trapped in a cycle of diets and self-criticism. I struggled with weight gain, hormonal issues, and digestive disorders. My coping mechanism—cycles of extreme dieting—only made things worse. 
 
One day, after another failed weigh-in, I realized the energy I put into trying to lose weight was causing me to lose more trust in myself. I ditched the scale and focused on tuning into my body, adopting a positive mindset, forming sustainable fitness routines, and looking to the power of community for support.
 
This holistic approach transformed my health and life.
