Hi, I’m Helen. Like many women, I was trapped in a cycle of diets and self-criticism. I struggled with weight gain, metabolic dysfunction, and digestive disorders. My coping mechanism—cycles of weight gain and weight loss—only made things worse. 
 
One day, after another failed weigh-in, I realized the energy I put into trying to lose weight was causing me to lose trust in myself. I poured my life into learning everything I could about how the body can lose weight without dieting, and how the brain influences our ability to make conscious choices that help us sustain it. 
Once it transformed my health and I had a steady weight I opened my practice and began using it with other women who were yo-yo dieting, and more recently with women who want to ease side effects and taper off of GLP-1s.
