A PERSONAL NOTE
I have been exactly where you are. Years ago, I found myself sick and tired of being sick and tired of the constant cycle of dieting. I was in and out of extreme dieting programs to deal with weight gain, hormonal issues, and digestive disorders.
I still remember the thrill of announcing another 2 pounds in weight loss groups, only to stop showing up because of the shame I felt when I had a good time at a wedding enjoying the meals and desserts.
One day, enough was enough. I moved my family from NYC to Maplewood, NJ to seek an easier and gentler way to be with myself, as well as seek the truth about what was actually going on for me.
I didn't need another diet. I needed a completely new approach.
These 3 shifts are what helped pull me out of that cycle and start to create the most fulfilling and joyful relationship with myself!
