Our 21-Day Challenge is designed to give you daily, actionable steps to transform your health from the inside out.

Here’s what you can expect:

  • Reduce inflammation so your body feels lighter, calmer, and more energized

  • Release weight naturally—without restriction or deprivation

  • Gain confidence in your ability to make healthy choices and stick with them

  • Finally, stop the diet rollercoaster and create a way of living that actually lasts

Each day, you’ll get one simple, focused task—something to think, eat, or live. These are the three essential components of the Health Triad, the framework we’ll follow to create your transformation:

  • Think – Shift your mindset, reframe limiting beliefs, and align your thoughts with your healthiest self.

  • Eat – Learn nourishing ways to fuel your body that feel satisfying and sustainable.

  • Live – Take small, meaningful actions that support your lifestyle, environment, and overall wellbeing.

By the end of these 21 days, you won’t just have a list of “healthy habits”—you’ll have built a foundation of mindset, nutrition, and lifestyle strategies you can carry with you for life.

You'll get:

❤️ Beginning 1/12!) A live online strength training class every Monday morning at 6am est. If you can’t make it, you’ll also get the replay and accountability to do it within 48 hours
 
❤️ Over 200 strength training classes in my library to choose from to add more strength during your week
 
❤️ My walk/ jog to a 5k plan
 
❤️ Mindset Mastery coaching calls every other Wednesday at 7pm est (every Wednesday in January for momentum). This is more effective than going to the gym. It is you time. It is comaraderie and the time you actually need. All recordings sent to you to enjoy as a podcast.
 
❤️ 5-ingredient, protein-based, smoothie, and optional vegetarian meal plans and shopping lists
